Deposit of Minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on November 26, 2024, new Bylaws and new Shareholders' Meeting Regulation

Florence, December 23, 2024 - Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (EXM: SFER) hereby announces that:

• the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on November 26, 2024, in a single call, by means of telecommunication pursuant to Article 106 of Decree Law No. 18/2020 (converted by Law No. 27/2020), as last extended by Law No. 21/2024, and with the attendance of shareholders at the Meeting exclusively through the Appointed Representative pursuant to Article 135-undecies of Legislative Decree No. 58/98 ("TUF");
• the new Bylaws, approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on November 26, 2024, and registered today with the Register of Companies in Florence; and
• the new Shareholders' Meeting Regulation, approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on November 26, 2024

are available to the public at the Company's registered office in Florence, Via de' Tornabuoni 2, on the Company's website at https://group.ferragamo.com in the Governance/Corporate Governance section, and at the eMarket STORAGE mechanism at .
