Storm Real Estate ASA - Occupancy rate increased to 85% in the Gasfield building

The company has entered into a 5 year agreement with a leading Russian Toy Group to occupy 2400M2 of the Gasfield building. The contract starts with immediate effect and will increase the occupancy to 85%. The rent is fixed around current market rates.
The contract is in line with our strategy to focus on a variety of clients to create a stable revenue environment for the future.
