Kid ASA appoints new CEO

Lier, 06 September 2018: Kid ASA announces today that Anders Fjeld is appointed

new Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Anders Fjeld (42) is a Norwegian citizen and has a bachelor's degree from BI

Norwegian Business School. Mr. Fjeld comes with extensive experience within

retail from senior and executive positions in Elkjøp and XXL. His former

position was Chief Operating Officer and Concept Development Director in XXL.

"Anders Fjeld has solid management experience from retail companies that have

been successful in both physical and online retail across the Nordic countries

and has shown strong financial performance and leadership capabilities in his

positions. The Board of Directors is pleased to present Mr. Fjeld as the new CEO

of Kid and look forward to working in close cooperation with him going forward",

says Mr. Henrik Schüssler, Chairman of the Board.

position", says Anders Fjeld.

The exact date of Mr. Fjeld's appointment as CEO will be confirmed at a later

date.

At 4 May 2018, Kid announced that its former CEO Kjersti Hobøl had resigned.

Mrs. Hobøl will remain as CEO until 30 September 2018. Kid's CFO Petter Schouw

-Hansen will continue as interim CEO until Mr. Fjeld takes up his position.
