AS Tallink Grupp intends to propose reducing the share capital and announces amendments to the dividend policy

AS Tallink Grupp (the "Company") announces that the supervisory board of the

Company proposed to the management board of the Company for the purpose of

improving the Company's capital structure to prepare a proposal for the 2019

general shareholders' meeting to reduce the company's share capital by at least

7 cents per share.

The Company also announces that the management board of the Company has decided

to supplement the Company's dividend policy, according to which if the economic

performance enables it, dividends would be paid in the minimum amount of 5 cents

per share.
