Belships ASA : Publication of information memorandum

Reference is made to the detailed stock exchange announcement published by Belships ASA ("Belships") on 4 October 2018 regarding the merger between Belships Chartering AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Belships with the Lighthouse Group. Belships will issue the consideration shares in the merger.

As required by Section 3.5 of the Continuing Obligations of Stock Exchange Listed Companies, an information memorandum related to the merger has been prepared by Belships. The information memorandum was approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 22 October 2018.

The information memorandum is enclosed hereto and is also available on the Belships' webpage, www.belships.com.
