Metalcorp Group: Relocation of registered office from Amsterdam to Luxembourg effective 1 November 2018

Luxembourg, 1 November 2018 – Metalcorp Group, a globally operating provider of procurement, logistics and trade services in the ferrous and non-ferrous sectors as well as one of Europe's leading independent producers of secondary aluminium slabs, has moved its headquarters from Amsterdam to Luxembourg on 1 November 2018, as announced, in order to simplify its corporate structure and reduce administrative costs. In this context, the company now operates under the name Metalcorp Group S.A. with the address 8, Rue Dicks, L-1417 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
