Songa Bulk ASA: Proposed dividend of NOK 2.25 per share

The Board of Directors of Songa Bulk ASA has today resolved to propose to distribute an extraordinary cash dividend of NOK 2.25 per share, subject to approval by the shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting expected to be held on or about 19 December 2018. The extraordinary dividend will be based on the audited interim balance sheet as of 31 August 2018 approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 3 October 2018.

Notice of extraordinary general meeting is expected to be published tomorrow 28 November 2018.
