Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA: Decrease of share capital through liquidation of own Class A shares
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2018, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today reduced the share capital with a total of NOK 2 000 000. This is done through liquidation of 100 000 own Class A shares.
The share capital subsequent to the capital reduction is NOK 928 076 480, divided into 34 537 092 Class A shares and 11 866 732 Class B shares, making a total of 46 403 824 shares of NOK 20.
Updated certificate of registration (in Norwegian) is enclosed.
