Belships ASA – Disclosure of large shareholding

Oslo, 11 December 2018

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Belships ASA ("Belships" or the "Company") on 10 December 2018 regarding the completion of the merger and issuance of consideration shares.

Following completion of the merger and the issuance of the consideration shares, Tidships AS continues to hold 5,020,432 shares in the Company, which based on the new share capital equals 2.86% of the shares and votes in the Company.
