Entra has sold the property Aasta Hansteens vei 10 at Stovner in Oslo for NOK
80 million, representing a premium of 20 % compared to book values as of 30
September 2018. The transaction is structured as a sale of shares in Aasta
Hansteens vei AS and the buyer is Bonum AS. Closing is expected to take place
31 January 2019.
