BerGenBio announces a change to its Board of Directors
Bergen, Norway, 15 December 2018 – BerGenBio ASA (OSE:BGBIO) announces that Dr. Susan Foden has, for personal reasons, decided to stand down from her position as a Non-executive Director and will leave the Board of Directors effective from 1 January 2019.
BerGenBio’s Board Nominations Committee is currently working on recruiting a new board member and it’s proposals will be made at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 13 March 2019.
Stein Holst Annexstad, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said: “On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Company, I would like to thank Sue for her excellent contribution and valued advice over the past 7 years. We wish her well for the future.”
