ASETEK – Outcome of Extraordinary General Meeting

Today an Extraordinary General Meeting ofAsetek A/S (the "Company") was held at 10:00 CETat the Company's headquarter, Assensvej 2, DK-9220 Aalborg East, Denmark.

The proposal to elect Maria Hjorth to the Board of Directors was adopted.

Maria Hjorth has a 20-year career of consulting and financial sector experience, covering business development, M&A, investor relations and operational optimization.
