ASETEK - Outcome of Extraordinary General Meeting
Aalborg, 14 January 2019
Today an Extraordinary General Meeting of Asetek A/S (the "Company") was held at
10:00 CET at the Company's headquarter, Assensvej 2, DK-9220 Aalborg East,
Denmark.
The proposal to elect Maria Hjorth to the Board of Directors was adopted.
Maria Hjorth has a 20-year career of consulting and financial sector experience,
covering business development, M&A, investor relations and operational
optimization. Maria Hjorth is currently CEO of Mercer in Denmark but is joining
VP Securities as Deputy CEO as of February 1st, 2019.
