Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 309,207 shares in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.10 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 103,309,207 shares which constitutes 26.84 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
