Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 190,793 shares in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.10 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 103,500,000 shares which constitutes 26.89 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
