The board of Storm Real Estate ASA has on 7 February 2019 resolved that they shall propose a reversed share split for the general meeting in connection with the notice to the annual general meeting to be held in May. The proposal is made in order to bring the share price above NOK 1, in accordance with the continuing obligations of Oslo Børs.
