Zalaris ASA – Resolution to list bonds

Reference is made to the press release dated 14 September 2018 by Zalaris ASA (the "Company"). The board of directors of the Company resolved to approve the listing of the Company's FRN Senior Secured Callable Open Bond Issue 2018/2023 with ISIN NO0010832710 (the "Bonds" or the "Bond Issue"), issued on 28 September 2018 in accordance with the Board's resolution on 25 September 2018. The Company is contemplating to list the Bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange (Nw. Oslo Børs), a stock exchange operated by Oslo Børs ASA, no later than 28 March 2019.
