Zalaris ASA – Approval of prospectus and publication of a bonds prospectus

On 28 September 2018, Zalaris ASA (the "Company") issued the following bond loan:

FRN Senior Secured Callable Open Bond Issue 2018/2023 with ISIN NO0010832710 (the "Bonds").

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of the Bonds on Oslo Børs (the "Prospectus"), which was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway today. The Prospectus is available at the Company's website: www.zalaris.com from 09:00 hours (CET), 22 March 2019. Hard copies of the Prospectus can be obtained at the Company's offices at Hovfaret 4 B, 0275 Oslo, Norway.
