Scatec Solar ASA: Mandatory notification of trade - Share Purchase Programme

25 March 2019 - Nordea Markets has today, on behalf of Scatec Solar ASA,

purchased 345 Scatec Solar ASA shares at an average price of NOK 84.2032 per

share. The shares were bought in connection with the company's Share Purchase

Programme for employees. Following the transaction, Scatec Solar ASA holds a

total of 50,904 own shares.
