Scatec Solar sells 50,904 shares to employees
27 March 2019: Nordea Markets has today, on behalf of Scatec Solar ASA, sold
50,904 shares to employees participating in the Company's Share Purchase
Programme. Following the transaction, Scatec Solar ASA holds no own shares. The
price was based on the average volume weighted share price on Oslo stock
exchange over the five days period from 18 March to 22 March 2019, resulting in
a price per share of NOK 86.93.
76% of the employees in Scatec Solar ASA participated in the Company's first
Share Purchase Programme. Attached is an overview of the primary insiders' share
purchases in connection with the programme.
