Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 3 April 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 5.000 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 25,2442. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 199.933 own shares, representing ~0,99% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
