Interactive Investor Q&A Session

Reference is made to the extended notice announcement made by African Petroleum Corporation Limited (“African Petroleum” or the “Company”) on 19 March 2019 in connection with the agreement with PetroNor E&P Ltd ("PetroNor") for an all-share consideration of 816,198,842 shares in African Petroleum (the "Transaction"), and the notice of general meeting (the “GM”) announced by the Company on 29 March 2019.

African Petroleum is pleased to announce that it will be hosting an interactive investor Q&A session with XtraInvestor on Thursday 11th April at 10:00 CEST. The purpose of the event is to answer questions related to the proposed Transaction with PetroNor, and the GM being held on 24 April 2019. African Petroleum will be represented at the event by CEO Jens Pace and PetroNor will be represented by Chairman Eyas Alhomouz.

Following the event, a recorded version of the session will be available on XtraInvestor (https://www.xtrainvestor.com/channel/live) and on YouTube.

The presentation and Q&A session will be held in English and can be followed on PC, tablet or mobile.
