Boards approval of final accounts 2018

At its meeting on 12 April 2019, the Board of Directors of Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts for 2018. Final accounts and proposed dividend of NOK 3.50 per share (202,717,374 shares), totally NOK 709,510,809 are not altered from the preliminary figures which were published on 26 February 2019, ref. separate press release.

Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Friday 24 May 2019 at Storebø.

Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no. Summoning will also be sent by post.
