SalMar - Final results of SalMar ASA's cash offer to acquire the remaining shares in Arnarlax AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 10 April 2019 in relation

to the preliminary results of SalMar ASA's cash offer for all the remaining

shares in Arnarlax AS (the "Offer").

The acceptance period for the Offer expired at 18:00 CET on 10 April 2019.

The final count shows that SalMar ASA has received acceptances for 2,343,511

shares in Arnarlax AS in the Offer, representing approximately 8.8% of the

shares in Arnarlax AS. Taking into account the 14,432,281 shares already held by

SalMar ASA in Arnarlax AS prior to launch of the Offer, SalMar ASA will upon

settlement of the Offer hold a total of 16,775,792 shares in Arnarlax AS,

representing approximately 63.03% of the shares in Arnarlax AS.

Settlement of the Offer is expected to take place on or about 24 April 2019.
