Legal status update: Criminal Court of Milan written decision

Reference is given to the Company’s stock exchange notice of the 18th of April 2018, whereby it was announced that the Criminal Court of Milan found it evidenced that a criminal contractual fraud was conducted against EAM Solar ASA in conjunction with the purchase of the so-called P31 portfolio.

The official written decision of the Criminal Court of Milan is enclosed this stock exchange notice. A preliminary English translation is also attached (not officially approved translation).

The full and complete ruling, including the assessment of the total damages compensation owed to EAM, will be published within the term of 90 days from the 18th of April. However, this term may be prolonged at the Criminal Court’s discretion.

EAM Solar ASA plans to conduct an information meeting for its shareholders during week 18. Confirmation of the information meeting, including time and place, will be announced in a separate stock exchange notice.
