Entra ASA : Commencement of creditor notice period for share capital decrease

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Entra ASA on 26 April

2019 regarding the Annual General Meeting for 2019 (the "AGM").

The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has in its electronic bulletin

for public announcements today announced the resolution by the AGM to decrease

the company's share capital from NOK 183,732,461 to NOK 182,132,055. Thus, the

six weeks creditor notice period commences today and will expire on 11 June

2019, provided that relations with creditors having made objections (if any),

have been clarified.

minutes of the AGM, attached to the company's stock exchange notice of

26 April 2019.
