The Annual General Meeting of Self Storage Group ASA (Self Storage Group,

OSE:SSG) will be held on Wednesday 23 May 2019 at 13:00 (CET) in the company's

offices in Nedre Skøyen vei 24 in Oslo.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting is attached.

The Notice and other relevant documentation are available on the Annual General

Meeting section on http://www.selfstoragegroup.no/. The recommendation from the

Election Committee will be made available as soon as it has been finalised.
