Oslo 30.04.2019. Reference is given to the public announcements published on 30 April 2019 at 16:55 CEST, regarding the annual report for 2018, operational update and a new standstill agreement with the bank. The company would like to highligt that the audit report, which is included in the annual report for 2018, contains an emphasis of matter in respect of going concern. The emphasis of matter refers to note 5.2 in the consolidated statements for 2018.
