Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 8 May 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3894 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,8240. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 257.282 own shares, representing ~1,27% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 12 March 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
