StrongPoint ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

StrongPoint ASA has today bought 11 460 own shares. The price for the shares was

NOK 9,6902. New holding is 96 692 shares, 0,2 % of the outstanding shares.

The shares were purchased in accordance with the stock exchange notice issued on

26 April 2019 regarding buy-back of 200 000 own shares.

Due to low liquidity, the repurchase volume may exceed 25% of the volume during

one trading day, and it might exceed 25 % of the volume the month before the

repurchase program was initiated, but it will not exceed 50%, in accordance with

"Guidelines on buy-backs of own shares and price stabilisation" from Oslo Børs.
