Entra ASA : New Green Bond Issues

Entra ASA : New Green Bond Issues

Entra has issued two new green bonds with the following terms:

1. A new 6 year floating rate bond (FRN) with term from May 22, 2019 to May

22, 2025. The coupon is 3mn NIBOR + 0.83 % p.a. The first tranche amounts to

NOK 700 million with ISIN NO0010852692.

2. A new 7 year fixed rate bond (FXD) with term from May 22, 2019 to May

22, 2026. The coupon is 2.79 % p.a. (equivalent to 3mn NIBOR + 0.90 % p.a.).

The first tranche amounts to NOK 900 million with ISIN NO0010852684.

The Proceeds from the bond issues is earmarked funding for the property Fredrik

Selmers vei 4 in Oslo with high environmental standards and a certification from

BREEAM-In-Use Excellent.

The current green bond framework for Entra was established in September 2017 by

the Centre for International Climate and Environmental Research Oslo (Cicero),

an independent research centre linked to the University of Oslo in Norway, and

was updated in April 2018 to also include BREEAM-In-Use. Cicero has given

Entra's green bond framework its highest rating - Dark Shade of Green. This

rating is according to Cicero given only to projects and solutions that already

today realise the long term vision of a low-carbon and climate-resilient future.

Typically, this will entail zero-emission solutions and governance structures

that integrate environment concerns into all activities.

DNB, Nordea and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
