The annual general meeting of Songa Bulk ASA was held today, 16 May 2019. The minutes from the meeting are attached to this notice.

All proposals on the agenda were approved, including the merger plan dated 16 April 2019 for the merger of Axxis Geo Solutions AS by the transfer of the company's assets, rights and obligations to Songa Bulk ASA.
