Songa Bulk ASA: Commencement of creditor notice period for merger with Axxis Geo Solutions AS

Oslo, 20 May 2019: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Songa Bulk ASA (the "Company") on 16 May 2019 regarding the annual general meeting for 2019.

The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises has in its electronic bulletin for public announcements announced the general meeting's resolution to merge the Company with Axxis Geo Solutions AS, with the Company as the surviving entity. Thus, the six weeks creditor notice period has commenced and will expire on 1 July 2019, provided that relations with creditors having made objections (if any), have been clarified.
