Change in the capital
As previously announced, the Shareholder Meeting has decided a merger (reversed spilt) of the Company's shares, 4:1. In order to complete this, it was as a first step required to increase the number of shares to a number that could be divided by 4.
This new share capital is now registered.
The new capital is NOK 54.124.250,82 divided into 162.553.288 shares at NOK 0,333 each.
