Panoro Energy announces Results of 2019 Annual General Meeting

Oslo, 23 May 2019 - Panoro Energy ASA (the "Company" or "Panoro" with OSE

ticker: PEN), an independent oil and gas company, held its 2019 Annual General

Meeting of Shareholders in Oslo today, and the nominees listed in the notice of

the General Meeting were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results

Mr. Julien Balkany was re-appointed as the Chairman and Mr. Torstein Sanness has

been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The shareholders of the Company approved all the other items on the agenda as

proposed by the Board of Directors, with 100% votes in favour. A copy of the
