Entra ASA : Expiration of creditor notice period for share capital decrease

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Entra ASA on 29

April 2019 regarding commencement of the creditor notice period for the share

capital decrease as resolved by the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2019. The

creditor notice period expired on 11 June 2019.

The Board will immediately file for completion of the share capital decrease

with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

For further details on the share capital decrease, please refer to item 9 of the

minutes of the AGM, attached to the company's stock exchange notice of

26 April 2019.
