Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 14 June 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 3001 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 24,5361. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 306.136 own shares, representing ~1,52% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
