Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 1,000,000 shares in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.50 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 167,500,000 shares which constitutes 29.11 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
