Photocure ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, Norway, 18 June 2019 Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), announces today that it has

repurchased 1,694 own shares at NOK 0 per share in relation to the long-term

incentive programme described in the stock exchange release on 7 May 2018.

After this transaction Photocure ASA holds 16,624 own shares, representing

approximately 0.08 per cent of the issued outstanding number of shares of the

company.
