Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA: New registered share capital
Oslo, 26 June 2019: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice issued by Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the "Company") on 21 June 2019 regarding issuance of shares in the Company following exercise of the over-allotment option granted in connection with the listing of the shares in the Company on Oslo Axess.
The share capital increase related to the issuance of these new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the Company's registered share capital is NOK 48,027,000, divided into 48,027,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00.

KCC is the world leader in combination carriers, owning and operating currently nine CABU and one CLEANBU combination carriers with another seven CLEANBU combination carriers on order with scheduled delivery in the period 2019 - 2021.
