Entra ASA: Sonja Horn appointed new CEO of Entra

Oslo, 27 June 2019 - The Board of Directors of Entra ASA has today appointed

Sonja Horn (45) as the company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Horn is

today EVP property management in Entra and replaces Arve Regland who leaves the

company on June 30 to take up the position as CFO in Fredensborg AS.

«There has been a thorough recruitment process where internal and external

candidates have been assessed. The Board of Directors is very pleased that Sonja

Horn has accepted the position as CEO of Entra. She has held important

management positions in Entra since 2013 and she knows both the company and the

sector very well» says Chairperson of the Board Siri Hatlen.

contribute further in the development of Entra together with all my colleagues»

says Sonja Horn.

Sonja Horn has held several positions as part of Entra's management team since

2013 and is now EVP property management. She has extensive experience within the

real estate, banking and finance sector from companies such as Danske Bank,

Union Property Group and Cirkle K. She holds a MSc in Business degree from BI

Norwegian Business School.

done for Entra, first as CFO from 2014 and then from 2015 as CEO. He had a

central role during the public listing of Entra in 2014 and under his leadership

the company has developed very positively» says Siri Hatlen.

Horn will take up the new position as of July 1, 2019.
