Magnora ASA: Key dates and information relating to the share capital reduction
On May 21, 2019, the annual general meeting in Magnora ASA (the “Company”) resolved a share capital decrease in the amount of NOK 52,586,698, to be distributed to the Company's shareholders, corresponding to a distribution amount of NOK 1.00 per share.
As announced by the Company on May 22, 2019, the creditor notice period for the share capital reduction expires on 3 July 2019. Under the condition that there will be no objections from the creditors, the Company has set the following key date information regarding the NOK 1.00 per share capital reduction distribution:
Last trading day including right 03 July 2019
Ex-date 04 July 2019
Record date 05 July 2019
Payment date 11 July 2019
The Company will inform the market in due course of any amendments through Newsweb.
