Magnora ASA: New share capital and new par value of shares registered

Reference is made to the resolution by the annual general meeting on 21 May 2019 to decrease the Company's share capital from NOK 78,384,429 to NOK 25,767,482.51 by: 1) cancellation of the Company’s total 20,301 treasury shares, corresponding to a value of NOK 30,248.49, and 2) by reducing the par value of each share from NOK 1.49 to NOK 0.49, corresponding to a value of NOK 52,586,698 to be distributed to the shareholders.

The new share capital and the new par value of each share have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Share capital (new): NOK 25,767,482.51

Number of shares (new): 52,586,698

Par value of each share (new): NOK 0.49

The payment date for the share capital reduction of NOK 1.0 per share is expected on 11 July 2019.
