BLACK SEA PROPERTY AS: INVITATION FOR SHAREHOLDERS TO VISIT SUNRISE GARDENS RESORT
Black Sea Property AS would like to invite all of its shareholders and apartment owners for a visit to the Sunrise Gardens Resort, Aheloy, between 4 – 7 September 2019. The invitation is also extended to an additional guest or significant other to the main participant.
The agenda for the inspection trip will cover:
5 September 2019 11.00 – 14.00 Visit at the site
6 September 2019 12.00 – 17.00 Area observation trip
6 September 2019 20.00 Dinner invitation
The accommodation in the period will be provided by the 5-star Sunset Resort in Pomorie on an all-inclusive basis. The accommodation & food price is fixed at 200 EUR per person for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment. If sea view is wanted, the price will be EUR 300 per person.
Flight tickets are to be ordered by each participant separately. Any participant wishing to extend the trip, will receive preferential rates for accommodation & food at the Sunset Resort also for the extended period.

About Black Sea Property AS:
Black Sea Property AS is a real estate company with holdings in a real estate project on the Black Sea coast called Sunrise Gardens. Sunrise Gardens Resort is a partially-completed project and will upon completion comprise approximately 950 apartments as well as significant commercial space. Black Sea Property AS owns indirectly 75% of the project. Black Sea Property AS will work to finalize Sunrise Gardens Resort, to realize the project's added value through the sale of residential units and hotel operations.
