Share buy-back by Zalaris ASA
On 8 August 2019, Zalaris ASA purchased 1160 own shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 22.8560. Following the purchase Zalaris ASA holds 409,036 own shares, representing ~2,03% of the total outstanding shares.
The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back programme announced 21 May 2019, available at www.newsweb.no.
