EAM Solar ASA: Disclosure of shareholdings

AS Brdr Michaelsen which is indirectly controlled by Christian Hagemann (Chief Operating Officer of EAM Solar ASA), has today acquired 5,000 shares at a price of NOK 18.50 per share in EAM Solar ASA ("EAM"). After the acquisition Christian Hagemann and his associated companies hold 10,000 shares in EAM, representing 0.15 % of the shares and votes in EAM.
