Self Storage Group ASA: Primary insider notification and mandatory notification of trade

Centrum Skilt AS has today sold 3,000,000 shares in Self Storage Group ASA

("Self Storage Group" or the "Company") representing approximately 3.63% of the

share capital in the Company, at a price of NOK 19.25 per share in a block trade

managed by Carnegie AS.

Centrum Skilt AS is owned by Gustav Søbak who is a primary insider in Self

Storage Group through his position on the Board of Directors of the Company.

Prior to the sale of shares, Centrum Skilt AS owned 9,565,000 shares in Self

Storage Group, representing 11.58% of the share capital in the Company.

Following the sale of shares, Centrum Skilt AS holds 6,565,000 shares in Self

Storage Group, representing 7.95% of the share capital in the Company. The

remaining shares will be subject to a lock-up agreement with Carnegie AS until 6

March 2020.
