PetroNor E&P Limited ("PetroNor" or the "Company")

Change of ISIN Code & Delivery of Warrants to Shareholders

Reference is made to the announcement released by African Petroleum Corporation Ltd (OSE ticker: APCL) on 11 September 2019 regarding the change of the Company's name to PetroNor E&P Limited (OSE ticker: PNOR). The announcement stated that the ISIN for the Company's shares would not change – which is incorrect.

The ISIN for PetroNor's shares has changed to AU0000057408. The Company's shares will trade with the new ISIN from tomorrow, 13 September 2019.

Furthermore, the warrants to be delivered to the shareholders of the Company as of 24 April 2019 will be issued in the VPS today, and will be visible on the VPS accounts of the entitled shareholders from tomorrow, 13 September 2019. The warrants will have ISIN AU0000043622. Please referto the key information announcement released on 29 March 2019 for further details regarding the warrants.
