OKEA - purchase of shares under company incentive program

Reference is made to the announcement on 13 September 2019 concerning a purchase

program for shares under OKEA ASA's incentive programs. On 18 September 2019, 75

000 shares have been acquired under the program, at an average price of NOK

20.0572 per share. The lowest and highest price paid per share was NOK 19.90 and

NOK 20.30 per share, respectively.  In total, 225 000 shares have now been
