OKEA - purchase of shares under company incentive program

Reference is made to the announcement on 13 September 2019 concerning a purchase

program for shares under OKEA ASA's incentive programs. On 18 September 2019, 75

000 shares have been acquired under the program, at an average price of

NOK 20.1169 per share. The lowest and highest price paid per share was NOK 20.00

and NOK 20.30 per share, respectively.  In total, 300 000 shares have now been
